TERRY’S AUSTRALIA INSTAGRAM PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promotion: These Terms and Conditions apply to the Terry’s Chocolate Australia Instagram Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms.
Promoter: The Prize Draw is organised by CARAMBAR AND CO., 9 Rue Maurice Mallet, 92130 Issy-Les-Moulineaux, France.
Eligibility: Entry is open only to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, agencies, suppliers, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) follow @terryschocolate.aus on Instagram; (b) like the Prize Draw post; and (c) tag a friend in the comments of the Prize Draw post. An eligible entry satisfying these requirements will be entered into the random draw.
Entry Cost: Entry into the Prize Draw is free. Standard internet data charges may apply.
Multiple Entries: Multiple entries are permitted. Each separate comment tagging a different friend in accordance with the entry requirements will count as one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
Verification of Entries: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Invalid Entries: Incomplete, indecipherable, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries will be deemed void.
Winner Selection: Five (5) winners will be selected by electronic random draw conducted by the Promoter from all eligible entries received.
Prize Details: Each winner will receive a selection of Terry’s Chocolate products as depicted in the Prize Draw post, with an approximate retail value of AUD $27 per winner. The total prize pool value is AUD $135.
Prize Delivery: Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within Australia.
Closing Date & Time: Entries close at 23:59 AEST on 30 September 2026. The draw will take place within five (5) business days of the closing date.
Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official @terryschocolate.aus account within five (5) business days of the draw date.
Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification with a valid Australian delivery address. If a winner fails to claim the prize or declines it within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will be conducted from the remaining eligible entries within five (5) business days after expiry of the claim period.
Publicity & Privacy: Winners’ Instagram handles may be announced on Terry’s Chocolate Australia social media channels or shared in direct user communications regarding contest results. Personal information collected in connection with the Prize Draw will be used for the administration of the Prize Draw and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Terry’s Chocolate Privacy Policy, available at www.terryschocolate.com/privacy-policy/

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, subject to any applicable laws of the State or Territory in which an entrant resides.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Prize Draw or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
General: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw if required by regulatory authorities or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
