WHAT'S THE FLAVOUR: TERRY’S INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Terry’s Chocolate Instagram Giveaway – “Guess the Flavour”. By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Giveaway is organised by TERRY’S CHOCOLATE Co. LIMITED, 35 Ballards Lane, London, N3 1XW.
3. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom to enter the Giveaway.
4. The Giveaway is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
6. Only one entry per person/household is permitted.
7. 50 winners will be selected based on the order of valid entries, as outlined in point 9.
8. Each winner will receive one (1) unit of the new Terry’s Chocolate product. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. To be eligible:
– Entrants must comment the correct flavour on the relevant Instagram post, and
– Send the same correct flavour in a Direct Message to @terryschocolateofficial.
– The first 50 entries, determined by DM timestamp, that correctly complete both steps will be deemed winners.
10. The Giveaway opens at the time of the Instagram post and will close when 50 valid entries (comment + DM) have been received, or by 11:00am BST on 14th August 2025, whichever comes first.
11. Correct spelling of the flavour is required to qualify as a valid entry. Minor spelling variations may be accepted at the organiser’s discretion if the intended answer is unambiguous.
12. The 50 winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) days of the giveaway closing.
13. Winners may be asked to take part in related publicity, such as sharing photos or posts of their prize.
14. In the interest of transparency, winners agree that their Instagram handle may be shared publicly on the @terryschocolateofficial account (e.g. in a winner story or post), and/or listed in future Terms & Conditions for verification purposes.
15. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, or is unable to provide a valid UK postal address, they forfeit their prize and a replacement winner will be selected from the next qualifying entries.
16. Employees of TERRY’S CHOCOLATE Co. LIMITED, its suppliers, agents, distributors and immediate families are not eligible to enter.
17. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
18. TERRY’S CHOCOLATE Co. LIMITED reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you are providing your information to TERRY’S CHOCOLATE Co. LIMITED and not to Instagram.
