FROM TERRY'S, WITH LOVE - PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions are for the Terry’s Chocolate ‘From Terry’s, With Love’ Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Prize Draw is organised by TERRY’S CHOCOLATE Co. LIMITED, 35 Ballards Lane, London, N3 1XW.
3. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom to enter the Prize Draw.
4. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
6. Only one entrant per email address is permitted.
7. Only one winner will be chosen from the entries submitted to the Terry’s Chocolate website.
8. To enter, the entrant must design the cover of a card and submit an image of this design via the entry form on www.terryschocolate.com/terrys-with-love/ and complete all required sections. The image Content must include a text or visual reference to the Terry’s Chocolate brand through colours, design, slogan, name, or other feature to be determined by the giveaway organiser. The card may be created using both physical and digital means, however submissions that are detected to have been created entirely using AI will not be accepted as valid entries. It is not necessary to post any additional content or tags on social media for the entry to be counted. No limit to the number of entries per day. Content will only be considered once as an entry, multiple uploads of the same image to not count as multiple entries.
9. By entering the Prize Draw, the entrant hereby irrevocably assigns to TERRY’S CHOCOLATE Co. LIMITED absolutely and with full title guarantee, all intellectual property rights and interest and all other rights in and to the Content (regardless of the format such Content is submitted in by the entrant). Furthermore, the entrant hereby confirms and agrees that from the date of entry, TERRY’S CHOCOLATE Co. LIMITED shall be exclusively entitled to exploit the Content in any manner or context, throughout the world, on any and all media whether now known or hereafter invented and in perpetuity. The entrant also confirms that any third party or person who is featured in the Content has agreed to such terms and conditions.
10. We reserve the right to use any Content as part of any ongoing publicity, including but not limited to, social media posts and stories, website updates, email marketing campaigns, offline publications, and marketing materials. As part of this, we also reserve the right to feature entrants’ Name and County alongside their Content in such promotional materials.
11. The winner will receive, unless otherwise stated, x2 Limited Edition ‘Have a Very Terry Christmas’ Jumpers. They will also be sent a range of Terry’s Chocolate Easter products, to be determined by the giveaway organiser. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
12. Entry must be made before 23:59 GMT on the 16.01.26. The draw will be made within 7 days of the Prize Draw closing.
13. The winner will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram or via direct email, within five days of the draw date.
14. The winner may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.
15. In order to provide evidence that a Prize Draw has taken place and winners have been selected, the winners agree that their Name and County can be displayed in future Terms & Conditions alongside their Content, on a winner announcement Instagram story or post, or via direct user-interaction with other social media users.
16. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If a winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
17. Employees of TERRY’S CHOCOLATE Co. LIMITED, its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
18. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.
19. The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
