Recipes Fruit Turtles
- Fresh strawberries
- 1 x Terry's Chocolate Orange
- Edible eyes
- Piping utensil
Equipment you will need:
- Prepare your strawberries by slicing them in half length-ways.
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Melt the Chocolate Orange, stopping every 30 seconds to stir until melted.
- Prepare the piping utensil with melted chocolate. Start by piping the tummy (the same surface areas as the strawberry). You will need to ensure this is thick enough to connect the head, hands, and feet.
- Pipe the arms, head, and feet on before adding the eyes. Make sure all of the chocolate is well connected to the strawberry!
- Allow strawberries to set in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving. Strawberries can be kept in the fridge or freezer.
