Recipes Gooey Chocolate Scotch Egg

  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 200g icing sugar
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 1 pack of pre-made brownie bites
  • 1/2 pack of digestive biscuits
  • 2 Terry's Chocolate Orange Cream Filled Eggs
  1. Mix together the butter, icing sugar, and cocoa powder to make your chocolate buttercream.
  2. Add the brownies to a bowl and beat them until broken down.
  3. Add a tablespoon of buttercream at a time to the bowl, until you have a thick brownie mixture.
  4. Wrap your brownie mixture around your Terry's Chocolate Orange Cream Filled Egg.
  5. Smash your biscuits and roll your "scotch egg" in the mixture.
  6. Cook in the airfryer for 5 mins at 75 degrees, to ensure a runny "yolk".
  7. Enjoy your Terry-fically gooey scotch egg!
