Recipes Terry’s Mini Egg Shortbread

  • 3 Bags of Terry's Chocolate Orange Mini Eggs
  • 225g Unsalted butter (cubed)
  • 115g Granulated sugar
  • 315g Plain flour
  • 1 Terry's Chocolate Orange Ball
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 170°C (340°F) and line a 20cm shallow baking tin (or use another size tin that will fit your air fryer basket) with baking paper.
  2. Place the cubed butter, flour, and sugar in a mixing bowl and rub in with your hands until you get fine breadcrumbs form.
  3. Stir in the chopped up Terry's segments and mini eggs.
  4. Firmly press the shortbread dough into the lined tin so it's packed in tightly.
  5. Air fry the shortbread for 20 minutes, until lightly golden. Allow to cool then cut into bars or squares.
  6. Tuck in and enjoy!
